RockForce, founded in 2025, was created by merging nine of the most respected companies in live event workforce and production solutions. The challenge: launch a new brand while honoring the legacy value of the individual companies. By The Way Labs partnered with RockForce to design and build a Phase 1 site to support the brand debut, while also creating updated sites for select child companies. Each property carried forward its own value proposition but aligned with RockForce’s new brand guidelines to present a unified digital ecosystem.

Focused on staging, union labor staffing, and production logistics, Theatrical Resources retained its independent identity while joining RockForce. By The Way Labs redesigned TheatricalResources.org with a modern look, updated messaging, and built-in SEO. The site features project spotlights, service overviews, and a refreshed logo — balancing legacy character with RockForce’s unified brand system.
James Thomas Productions
Known for truss, rigging, and technical innovation, James Thomas Productions required a refreshed web presence to strengthen its position in the global events market. By The Way Labs rebuilt JTProLabor.com with a mobile-first design, structured data, and optimized SEO. Clear, effective copy and curated imagery help communicate the company’s mission and services while aligning with RockForce’s brand family.
Bigger Hammer
As RockForce’s training and rigging powerhouse, Bigger Hammer needed a modern site to showcase its services and extensive safety training programs. By The Way Labs delivered a streamlined, single-page brochure site for BiggerHammer.com, while also cleaning up its LMS and migrating it to a dedicated training subdomain.
