Their challenge was two-fold: refresh the brand with a clear mission, vision, and values, and rebuild the company’s website to better manage client, article, and case study content.

  • Led a comprehensive rebranding initiative, designing a new logo and brand guide anchored by a compass motif to reflect guidance and direction.
  • Authored and refined mission, vision, and values statements to align internal culture with outward messaging.
  • Rebuilt 2911.us on Drupal 10 with a custom theme, migrating legacy WordPress content into structured content types (clients, articles, case studies).
  • Developed an intuitive administrative dashboard with role-based permissions, bulk upload capabilities, and real-time previews to simplify content publishing.
  • Integrated Mailchimp for PR list management and Pantheon hosting for scalability, speed, and reliability.

Our original logo was inspired by Jeremiah 29:11, a verse that has always been central to 2911 Media’s story. The team preserved that sense of guidance by introducing a compass motif, while refining the design to feel cleaner and more versatile. Along with a new brand guide, we now have the flexibility to present consistently across web, print, and social platforms — and a modern identity that positions us to expand confidently into larger corporate markets while staying true to who we are.
