By The Way Labs Referral Program — Terms & Overview

At By The Way Labs, many of our best projects come through personal introductions. To say thank you, we’re offering a simple referral program for clients who connect us with new website projects — including your own future projects — between now and February 15, 2026.

Here’s the full overview.

What You and the New Project Receive

When you refer someone or decide to build an additional site yourself, and that project becomes a qualifying new build, both the referring client and the new project receive a $240 hosting credit.

• This credit covers one year of our base FileSwift hosting plan, or
• It may be applied as a $240 discount toward any higher-tier hosting or support package you’re already on.

Credits are applied once the new project launches and is paid in full.

Who Can Participate

Any existing BTW Labs client is eligible. There is no limit to how many credits you can earn; each qualifying project (referred or your own) generates an additional $240 credit.

What Counts as a Qualifying Project

To qualify:

1. You must introduce the project (email works perfectly), or initiate a new project of your own.
2. The new site must meet our minimum setup cost of $700.
3. The project must launch and be paid in full.
    

How to Start a Referral (or a New Project)

Just email Jon directly  - or put a call on his calendar -  whether you’re connecting us with someone new or letting us know you have another site you’d like to build. No forms or codes required.

We track everything internally and apply credits automatically at project completion.

Program Timeline

• Begins December 1, 2026
• Ends February 15, 2026 Any qualifying introduction or self-initiated project made before that date will be honored, even if the site launches later.
